Withdrawal policy:

We are aware that on occasion a competitor will need to withdraw from an event prior to race day. We aim to provide a fair and simple policy which both reflects the costs incurred in organising an event and the needs of the competitor. We consider our refund policy to be among the most generous available.

Competitors are asked not to pass their race entry on to another person as this raises problems with the safety procedures of the event as well as causing difficulty when compiling the results.

The policy:

Competitors who withdraw prior to 1st September 2023 will receive a full refund minus £3 for administration.

Competitors who withdraw between 30th May and 1st September will not receive a refund, but will be offered a free entry into next year’s event.

There will be no refund for any competitors who withdraw from the race after 1st September.

In order to qualify for a refund, notification of an intention to withdraw from the event must be made via email to racedirector@theboltonblast.co.uk.

Please allow 14 days from the receipt of your intention to withdrawal to receive the fund back onto the card you paid the entry with.

All three events will take place at Turton Sports Centre, Bolton.

EVENT 1
will take place on Sunday 25th February 2024

EVENT 2
will take place on Sunday 24th March 2024

EVENT 3
will take place on Sunday 21st April 2024
